Refund Policy

Full refund until 10 business days before registration closes for the season. After that, fees are non-refundable — at that point we order every player's custom kit and commit league costs (fields, referees, scheduling) based on the confirmed player pool.

• Up to 10 business days before registration closes: full refund, no questions asked.
• Within 10 business days of registration close, and after: fees are non-refundable. Your custom kit is ordered and your spot is counted in the league's commitments.

• The same timeline applies: full refund until 10 business days before registration closes, non-refundable after.
• Refunds are issued to the captain (or whoever paid the team fee).
• Individual players leaving a registered team are a team matter — the team fee is not adjusted or partially refunded for roster changes.

• Season cancelled before it starts: full refund to everyone.
• Season cut short by the league: a prorated refund for the unplayed portion of the season.
• Individual games cancelled for weather, facilities, or safety are rescheduled where possible and are not refunded individually.

Season-ending injuries or other exceptional circumstances are reviewed case by case — reach out and we'll work something out where we reasonably can. Removal from the league for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally appearing on your statement within 5–10 business days. To request one, email management@apexleague.ca from the address on your account with your name and (for team fees) your team name.
